What is gambling? It would seem that question would bring an easy answer, but not so as far as the legal fight over daily fantasy sports is concerned. New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman has gone to court to shut down the sites operated by DraftKings and FanDuel, contending they are gambling and violate state law.
