Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick tells WAMC that residents should remain indoors.
"The heaviest rain and resulting flood conditions will affect Western Massachusetts," Patrick said. "People should just exercise extreme caution, as much as possible stay indoors and off the roads and give us a chance to help keep you safe."
