St. Albans, VT – The U.S. Census found that the City of St Albans' population dropped from 7,650 tp 6,918, a 9.6 percent decrease between 2000 and 2010. The official numbers also show a more than 4 percent drop in housing units. St. Albans City officials believe the numbers are wrong and will formally challenge them. City Manager Dominic Cloud says the magnitude of the decline does not align with their experience and initiatives.....
