Massachusetts – Top Massachusetts lawmakers have agreed on a projected revenue estimate of 20.5 billion dollars for fiscal year 2012. The number shows that tax revenues are on the rise, but WAMC's Berkshire Bureau Chief Charlie Deitz reports it's not enough to close a 1.5 billion dollar budget gap
