Massachusetts – Massachusetts managed to bring in the highest overall score in its Race to the Top application. The Commonwealth is now looking at getting a 250 million dollar injection into its education system. WAMC's Berkshire Bureau Chief Charlie Deitz reports that some of the top education officials in Massachusetts are calling the funding a mixed blessing
