Washington, D.C. – Several Wall Street firms that accepted TARP funds are expected to distribute large bonus packages. That irks some Democratic lawmakers, who want to put an end to such bonuses by corporations who take Troubled Asset Relief Funds. North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley talks with Vermont Congressman Peter Welch about legislation he has introduced that would impose a tax on bonuses from companies receiving TARP funds.
