Montpelier, VT – Vermont's state health insurance programs for low-income residents are seeing a drop in enrollment at the same time interest is peaking. Health advocates told legislators this week that they must find some way to increase the subsidy on premiums to make them affordable. WAMC North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
