Burlington, VT – The New England Economic Partnership released their semi-annual economic forecast during a conference in Boston Tuesday. It indicates that the worst of the recession is waning, but a "slow and weak recovery" is expected in the New England states. WAMC North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
