Montpelier, VT – A coalition of Northeast governors is asking the federal government to fully fund a federal heating aid program at $5.1 billion. At the same time, Vermont officials are meeting now to try to find ways to help Vermonters deal with anticipated record heating costs. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
