Montpelier, VT – A Vermont legislator is proposing that state government and public schools shift to a four-day work week because of the skyrocketing cost of fuel. He says that would cut heating expenses for the state and save on commuting costs. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
