The 17th Annual Polish Fest is set for June 7-9 in Latham, NY. In the studio on this Food Friday to preview the festival's culinary highlights are four folks: Barbara Chepaitis, John Kowalski, Peter Zeranski and Greg Archer. WAMC's Brian Shields hosts.
