Albany, NY – The American Automobile Association (AAA) forecast that 42.5 million Americans will travel 50 miles or more from home during the thanksgiving holiday weekend this year, a four percent increase from 2010.
And to complicate matters, mixed precipitation across the WAMC listening area has made highway driving all the more hazardous on this day before Thanksgiving.

Stories include a trip to a Billy Joel concert, Dealing with NYS Troopers, the great storm of 1991, and some comments on haircuts. WAMC's Ray Graf hosts with WAMC's Alan Chartock.
