Albany, NY – In the minds of many, the charges filed this month against former Penn State football coach Jerry Sandusky are a chilling case of trust betrayed and innocence lost.

How could these alleged offenses go on for so long? Why didn't Joe Paterno or Graham Spanier report the alleged abuse to the police? What should you do if you are a witness to sexual assault?

These are just a few of the questions being asked in the wake of the scandal, and on this edition of Vox Pop are two guests who can shed some light on these issues; Lindsey Crusan, coordinator of the Rensselaer County Sexual Assault Response Team and Crime Victims Assistance Program for Rensselaer County Samaritan Hospital, and David Torromeo, director of Manhattanville College's Sport Business Management Program and organizer of the recently established Center for Ethics in Sport at Manhattanville.
