Springfield, MA – Worker rights activists in Western Massachusetts are launching a campaign against wage theft. They say it's a quiet crime wave that steals an estimated 19 billion dollars a year from American workers. WAMC's Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill reports .
