Springfield, MA – A year ago this week one of the most devastating natural disasters of our time hit the impoverished country of Haiti. The earthquake killed 220 thousand people and injured more than 300 thousand. One of the humanitarian organizations that responded was the Oxfam America. The organization's president, Massachusetts native Ray Offenheiser spoke with WAMC's Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill .
