A group of six scientists writing in the October issue of the journal "Nutrition" have criticized the latest U.S. dietary guidelines which form the basis for the well known USDA food pyramid. One of the scientists is Springfield College Assistant Professor of Exercise Science, Richard Wood. WAMC's Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill spoke with Doctor Wood .
