Storyhorse Documentary Theatre - "Rancich"

Mary Stuart Masterson and Jeremy Davisdon are producing a new Storyhorse Documentary Theater piece on Veterans Day Weekend (November 8, 9, 10). It is called "Rancich" and is based on recorded conversations with Navy SEAL Commander Tom Rancich and his family from Red Hook.

Tom was head of Naval Special Operations Forces in Afghanistan and his family’s journey with the military and PTSD is an important story to share. The theatre is producing the piece four times next weekend - all as a benefit for the VFW in Red Hook, including one “Pay What You Wish” performance.

To tell us more we welcome: Brian Williams, Commander of VFW Post 7765 in Red Hook, who served with the Marine Corps in Desert Shield and Desert Storm and is also a veteran of the NYPD.

Jeremy Davidson and Mary Stuart Masterson are co-founders of Storyhorse Documentary Theater. Davidson is the writer of "Rancich" and Masterson is directing.

Joe talks to people on the radio for a living. In addition to countless impressive human "gets" - he has talked to a lot of Muppets. Joe grew up in Philadelphia, has been on the area airwaves for more than 25 years and currently lives in Washington County, NY with his wife, Kelly, and their dog, Brady. And yes, he reads every single book.
