Scam Advisory: We have been made aware that an online entity is posing as Joe Donahue to invite authors and other creatives onto our radio shows. The scammers then attempt to charge guests an appearance fee for exposure/publicity.

1/2/15 Panel - Mario Cuomo Remembered

On today's Roundtable Panel, Alan Chartock, Libby Post, and Joe Donahue remember Mario Cuomo. Cuomo served as Governor of New York State from 1983 to 1994. He died Thursday at the age of 82.

We will also hear from a friend and member of the Cuomo administration, Harold Holzer and the head of Cuomo’s Speech office, Martha Eddison.

We'll also share your comments. Post them here or email them to roundtable@wamc.org.

Joe talks to people on the radio for a living. In addition to countless impressive human "gets" - he has talked to a lot of Muppets. Joe grew up in Philadelphia, has been on the area airwaves for more than 25 years and currently lives in Washington County, NY with his wife, Kelly, and their dog, Brady. And yes, he reads every single book.
