Weston Playhouse 2014 Season

Weston Playhouse is Vermont’s oldest professional theatre. This season they present four shows on their Mainstage and three shows on their Other Stages. Two of the Mainstage shows are Analog and Vinyl – a new musical by by Paul Gordon which is currently running in its world premier production, and Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike by Christopher Durang which won The Tony Award for Best Play in 2013 and runs at Weston July 17-26.

Analog and Vinyl is set in a vintage record store and follows struggling storeowner Harrison and his quirky co-worker, Rodeo Girl, when a mysterious customer makes them a devilish offer they can’t refuse.

In Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike, three middle-aged siblings grapple with their lives in the company of a soothsaying cleaning woman, a sexy boy toy, and a star-struck ingénue.

Sarah Stiles plays Rodeo Girl in Analog and Vinyl and David Bonanno plays Vanya in Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike. They join us now along with Steve Stettler - Producing Artistic Director at Weston Playhouse.

Joe talks to people on the radio for a living. In addition to countless impressive human "gets" - he has talked to a lot of Muppets. Joe grew up in Philadelphia, has been on the area airwaves for more than 25 years and currently lives in Washington County, NY with his wife, Kelly, and their dog, Brady. And yes, he reads every single book.
