Norman Rockwell Museum Director And CEO Laurie Norton Moffatt

The Norman Rockwell Museum announced big news this week – they have nearly doubled its collection of American illustration art with a new gift from the Famous Artists School of Westport, Connecticut.

The donation includes more than 5,000 un-catalogued artworks, including several original works by Rockwell, along with other archives.

The Norman Rockwell Museum has the world’s largest collection of original Norman Rockwell art and we will discuss their new additions and the state of Rockwell in the art world.

Museum Director and CEO Laurie Norton Moffatt joins us this morning.

Joe talks to people on the radio for a living. In addition to countless impressive human "gets" - he has talked to a lot of Muppets. Joe grew up in Philadelphia, has been on the area airwaves for more than 25 years and currently lives in Washington County, NY with his wife, Kelly, and their dog, Brady. And yes, he reads every single book.
