Albany, NY – Michael Evely is Albany's Commissioner of Development and Planning, and works with the Central Avenue Business Improvement District. The organization is currently working to create an arts and entertainment district on Central Avenue. In this interview on The Roundtable, Michael Evely talks about those efforts.
