Defend the Guard Act

More than two dozen veterans, retired officers and guard family members are calling for the state to pass a bill creating safeguards for federal deployments.

A bill introduced in the Vermont Legislature is intended to limit the federal government’s ability to deploy the Vermont National Guard.
