One of the best live bands in American music is returning to our region for two gigs this winter. The Wood Brothers will be at the Flynn Center for the Performing Arts in Burlington, Vermont on February 6 and at the Palace in Albany February 8.

When we last spoke with singer-guitarist Oliver Wood two years ago, the group was just putting out its new album “One Drop Of Truth.” Now, the trio is back with its seventh studio release: “Kingdom In My Mind.”

Oliver Wood says this album came from the most improvisation the group has ever done.
