WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses reports that the Democratic National Committee is investing $25 million to help register voters and aid voting access ahead of the 2022 midterm elections. Dr. Chartock also comments on climate change, and President Joe Biden's decision to withdraw U.S. troops from Afghanistan.
