WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses reports that Manhattan prosecutors plan to announce charges against the Trump Organization and its chief financial officer, Allen Weisselberg, for alleged tax crimes. Dr. Chartock also comments on the 100th anniversary of China's Communist Party, and the Democratic mayoral primary in New York City.
