WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses the ongoing tension in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and examines reports that the Sunday police killing of Daunte Wright was the result of an "accidental discharge." Dr. Chartock also comments on a recent bipartisan meeting by President Joe Biden to drum up support for his $2 trillion infrastructure plan, and considers whether the GOP's unwillingness to compromise could hurt them in the midterm elections.
