WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses President Trump's decision to visit supporters via motorcade Sunday outside Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, where he is being treated for COVID-19.

Dr. Chartock also comments on the president's claim that he has "learned a lot" about the new coronavirus during his illness.
