WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses President Trump's claim that he can use an executive order to stop evictions and suspend the payroll tax, if Congress can't come to a deal on the next coronavirus aid package.

Dr. Chartock also comments on reports that Trump campaign raised $165 million in July.
