WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses reports that technical problems have delayed the results of Monday's Iowa caucuses in the Democratic presidential primary.

Dr. Chartock also comments on President Trump's upcoming State of the Union address, and reports that Republican Congresswoman Elise Stefanik has out-raised her Democratic peers, Adam Schiff and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
