Plattsburgh Chamber Leader Discusses NY Trade Trip To Cuba

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo took a delegation of about 20 people from different economic sectors on a trade mission to Cuba this week. Among them was Plattsburgh North Country Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Garry Douglas. He tells WAMC’s North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley his focus was aviation and potential opportunities to open travel between the Plattsburgh International Airport and the island nation.
    
All parts of New York State were represented in the trade delegation, including representatives from food and agriculture, health care, travel and tourism and aviation sectors.
