Congressman Bill Owens is hosting a forum on trade and cross border economic strategies between the U.S. and Canada Friday morning at Clarkson University.
About a year an a half ago the U.S. and Canada signed the Beyond the Border agreement to create initiatives to bolster trade and tourism between the two countries. Northern New York Congressman Bill Owens is hosting Canadian and US officials and business interests at the Canadian Trade Forum.
The forum at Clarkson University runs from 10 until noon Friday morning.
