A former employee who lost his retirement benefits after the St. Clare’s Hospital pension fund dried up, took the stand Tuesday in the trial of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany. WAMC's Capital Region Bureau Chief Jesse Taylor was in the courtroom.
