Greenwich Town Supervisor Launches Congressional Bid

Greenwich Town Supervisor Sara Idleman is running for New York's 21st House District.

Idleman officially kicked off her campaign Saturday.

Idleman, a Democrat, is joining a small crowd of candidates seeking to unseat incumbent Republican Elise Stefanik, who is now serving her second term in Washington.

Other declared Democratic candidates include Tanya Boone, Don Boyajian, Tedra Cobb, Ronald Kim, Emily Martz, Patrick Nelson, and Katie Wilson.

Republican challengers include Russell Finley and Steven Schnibbe.

Other candidates include Libertarian Chris Schmidt and Independent Steve Krieg.
