Snowfall Prompts Ski Centers To Open Friday

Thanks to last weekend's snowfall, three upstate NY ski centers are opening Friday.

Greene County ski centers Windham Mountain and Hunter Mountain, along with Belleayre Mountain Ski Center, in Ulster County, plan to open Friday – On it's facebook page Hunter mountain officials say their snowmaking team is pushing to open as many trails as possible - they're also making snow at Windham to augment more than a foot of natural snow already on the ground... Belleayre promises shorter lines along with more skis and snowboards available.
