Being wrongfully convicted of a crime and sent to prison is among the most dreadful of living nightmares, but there are lawyers who work to free those people and restore justice. Prof. Jan Stiglitz, who graduated from Albany Law School in 1975, is a co-founder of the California Innocence Project and is Albany Law's fall 2016 alumnus in residence.
