The New York State Department of Transportation is advising motorists of the closure of Route 9 and Route 32 in South Glens Falls Monday morning.
Route 9 between Route 32 and Main Street will be closed as well as Route 32 between Route 9 and Bluebird Road. Drivers should be prepared for closures on side streets as well.
Trooper Timothy Pratt was killed last week while assisting a motorist. He was struck by a passing vehicle.
A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. at Saint Michael’s Church. Pratt will be buried at Saratoga National Cemetery.
