House Speaker Paul Ryan, a Republican, is planning to visit the Saratoga area on Monday, but an exact location has not been announced.
With Ryan expected to attend a fundraiser for Congresswoman Elise Stefanik of New York’s 21st District, Stefanik’s campaign said in an email:
"Elise is honored to have the support of her good friend and colleague House Speaker Paul Ryan."
Stefanik previously hosted fundraisers with former Speaker John Boehner. Stefanik is running for re-election against Democrat Mike Derrick and Green Party candidate Matt Funiciello.
