Rep. Tonko Celebrates Mario Cuomo On House Floor

Capital Region Congressman Paul Tonko celebrated fellow Democrat Mario Cuomo on the House floor Monday night, days after the former governor died at 82. Tonko called Cuomo "the greatest of governors of New York."
