A New York Congressman is the recipient of a business award, which he will receive Wednesday.
Republican Congressman Chris Gibson will receive the Spirit of Enterprise award, which is to recognize his pro-business voting record as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. The vice president of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce will be on hand, as will the president and CEO of The Business Council of New York State. Gibson will receive the award at the Business Council in Albany.
