Albany, NY – Well the Canucks are heading to the Stanley Cup finals...

On the ice last night in Vancouver, Kevin Bieksa's tally in double overtime lifted the Canucks over the Sharks 3-2. The Canucks await the winner of the Eastern Conference final between Boston and Tampa Bay. The Bruins, who lead 3-2, can close out the series tonight in Tampa.

To the NBA playoffs... Last night in Miami, Chris Bosh and Lebron James combined for 57 points, as the Heat beat the Bulls 101-93 in OT. Miami leads the Eastern Conference final 3-1, and can close out the series tomorrow in Chicago.

To baseball last night in Chicago, Starlin Castro's three hits and three RBIs highlighted the Cubs' 13-hit assault, as they rocked the Mets 11-1.

Elsewhere in the NL... Colorado split a doubleheader with Arizona, taking the opener 12-4, but dropping the twinbill 5-2, Cincinnati doubled up Philadelphia 6-3, Atlana blanked Pittsburgh 2-0, Florida got by San Francisco 5-1, St. Louis edged San Diego 3-2, Milwaukee outlasted Washington 7-6, and the Dodgers held off Houston 5-4.

Over to the AL... In Cleveland, Josh Becket allowed one run on six hits over six and two thirds, as the Red Sox downed the Indians 4-2. Boston is a league-best 15-7 in the month of May.

In the Bronx, Curtis Granderson singled home the tying run in the ninth, stole second, and scored on Mark Teixeira's walk-off single, as the Yankees rallied past Toronto 5-4.

Elsewhere... Carlos Quentin's three homers powered the White Sox over Texas 8-6, Detroit dumped Tampa Bay 7-6, Oakland whipped the Angels 6-1, Baltimore surprised Kansas City 5-3, and Minnesota dropped Seattle 4-2.

And at the French Open, top-ranked Rafael Nadal survived an upset bid by John Isner, ousting the American challenger in five sets 6-4, 6-7, 6-7, 6-2, 6-4. Nadal improves to 39-1 on the red clay at Roland Garros.

Sam Queerey, Andy Murray, and Kim Clijsters also advanced.
