Albany, NY – Well the Celtics season is over...

Last night in Miami, the Heat ended Game 5 on a 16-0 run, as they eliminated Boston 97-87. Dwyane Wade led all scorers with 34 points. Miami advances to the Eastern Conference finals, and will face either the Bulls or Hawks. Chicago leads that series 3-2, and will play Game 6 tonight in Atlanta.

In Oklahoma City, Kevin Durant netted 19 points, as the Thunder crushed Memphis 99-72 to take a 3-2 series lead. Game 6 is tomorrow.

To the ice... In the Shark Tank tonight, the puck drops in Game 7 of the Western Conference semifinal between the Sharks and Red Wings. The winner will advance to take on Vancouver in the conference finals.

To baseball... In New York, Rookie phenom Eric Hosmer hit his first major league homer and the go-ahead sacrifice fly in the 11th, as Kansas City outlasted the Yankees 4-3 in 11.

In Toronto, John McDonald homered and drove in three as the Blue Jays knocked around John Lackey and the Red Sox 9-3, completing a two-game series sweep.

Elsewhere in the AL... the White Sox edged the Angels 6-4 in 10, Baltimore beat Seattle 4-2, Detroit got by Minnesota 9-7, and Tampa Bay topped Cleveland 8-2, snapping the Tribes' 14-game home winning streak.

Over to the NL, the Cubs blasted St. Louis 11-4, Philadelphia rallied past Florida 5-3, San Francisco held off Arizona 4-3, Washington edged Atlanta 7-3 in 11, San Diego breezed through Milwaukee 13-6, Houston nipped Cincinnati 4-3, the Dodgers blanked Pittsburgh 2-0, and the Mets-Rockies game was postponed due to rain.

And police in Puerto Rico say former NBA and University of Michigan player Robert "Tractor" Traylor was found dead on the bedroom floor of his oceanfront apartment. Police say he apparently died from a heart attack. Traylor was 34.
