Plattsburgh, NY – William H. Miner was an inventor, businessman and innovator of the late nineteenth and early 20th century. He invented tandem spring draft gear and other rigging for rail cars that are still in use today. He was also a philanthropist with strong ties to New York's North Country. On today's Community Corner, North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley talks with Joseph Burke, the author of a new biography on William Miner.
