Hudson Valley, NY – Dewey Bozella in Dutchess County will spend Thanksgiving as a free man this year after serving 25 years for a crime he didn't commit. Hudson Valley bureau chief Susan Barnett speaks with Jeffrey Deskovic, a Westchester county law student who spent sixteen years behind bars for murder and rape - a crime for which someone else was convicted after DNA evidence proved Deskovic's claims of innocence were true. He says winning his freedom was just the beginning of his challenges.
