Nathaniel Bodon of Marlboro in New York's Hudson Valley is waiting to be sent home from Iraq. The Army reservist was discharged after a fellow soldier reported finding online photos of Bodon kissing his boyfriend - and Bodon was discharged under the government's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy. Hudson Valley bureau chief spoke with Bodon's mother, Yvonne Velez.
