By Pat Bradley

Lacolle, PQ – In September, Enhanced Drivers' Licenses became available in New York State. It's a driver's license with an embedded chip that meets Homeland Security's security ID requirements for crossing U.S. land borders. North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley was at the announcement just across the border in Canada.
