Catskills, New York – As New York legislators try to regroup after yesterday's aborted negotiations, some neighbors of a proposed resort in the Catskills say they have a proposal that could save some money - put the Belleayre Resort on hold. Hudson Valley bureau chief Susan Barnett reports.
