Hudson Valley, NY – Hudson Valley, NY Congressman John Hall Monday urged the Senate to adopt a bill that has already been approved in the House that would provide $6.4 billion in grants to school districts to repair, modernize and green school buildings. Hall announced the bill while at Monroe-Woodbury High School with school district officials.
