Jamestown, Chautauqua County – New York Gov. David Paterson is committing up to $6 million in state money to help build a new, cleaner coal power plant in Jamestown, Chautauqua County. WAMC's Dave Lucas reports he plant would serve as a demonstration facility for a technology that captures carbon dioxide and stores it away
underground.
