Plattsburgh, NY – New identification requirements went into effect at land borders between the US and Canada Thursday. Border officials say there have been no backups and most Canadian and U.S. citizens were prepared for the new requirements. But critics of Homeland Security's rule say it's too early to determine the real impact. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
