Plattsburgh, NY – In April, an agreement was reached between the state, Verizon Wireless and environmental groups that would bring cellular service to the Adirondack Northway. New York State Senator Betty Little says service must be initiated by winter, or there should be some temporary cell towers placed at key locations.
